I don’t know what “CSF” stands for but I think this is a fee for credit card usage that resulted from the settlement last year of some litigation brought by merchants against Visa, Mastercard and others. Some states don’t allow it, but Nevada does. The maximum fee allowed is 4%. Merchants are not required to charge a fee, and most don’t.
