LOVED this week’s show. I totally know what Michele means about the Flashback. I blacked out on it as a kid, but so fun!
I think the Cake Boss show is lame, but don’t mess with the bakers. Gordon Ramsay came up as a pâtissier (pastry chef) and he has the second-most Michelin stars in the world as of this year. Just the same, Buddy Valastro is a French Laundry alumni. French Laundry was voted the best restaurant in the world by San Pellegrino in 2003 and 2004. The guy has a pretty decent résumé! Sad that his restaurant is going to be in dead baby-lined walls of the Venetian, though.
THE CLASSIC…. that is what the show should have been titled. Great trip report info and reviews. (reviews is used loosely!). The rant of rant on Terribles and the Emailer and the best part, Michelle was in top form… I am still laughing at the wispering during the rant…. This was a classic and was a great listen for my upcoming trip in 2 weeks and upcoming VIMFP!! Great show… thank you!
I know Tim was a bit concerned about the levels early on in the podcast but I thought they were spot-on. Although it just occurred to me he was probably talking about sound levels and not Blood Alcohol Content levels. Well, either way, the levels were perfect.
Awesome show as usual. I look forward to the trip reports more than any other show. I love when you guys are drinking during the show as well, I think I makes for some pure comedy. I will say that Michelle is constantly stepping on Tim this week which makes the show hard to listen to sometimes. Small price to pay for the comedic gems that come from doing the show under the influence. Great show.
Always glad to hear that I’m not the only person that giggles when hearing the word “facial” in reference to the spa treatment…Thanks Tim!
This just in: Lou Reed has respectfully declined the offer.
i don’t often listen to episodes twice, but this week was different. The fever and love of a trip to Vegas was both obvious and contagious.
I don’t want to encourage liver abuse, but drunk Michelle is classic Michelle. I haven’t ever laughed so much listening to any podcast. I believe at one point the word hopes was a four syllable word. 🙂
406 was Five Hundy in a nutshell. Funny, real, Vegas loving, ranty, drunky, yet down to earth. You guys rule.
