  3. My colleague and myself not only share a ride into NYC every morning, we also share a passion for Vegas. Thanks to Michelle and Tim’s podcast, Monday mornings aren’t dreaded as they used to be, because we now listen to FHBM. followed by 360 Vegas! With each ride only lasting about 40 minutes, both shows together usually carry us into Tuesday evening. Sure, some of the news is replicated from one show to the next, but that’s where the similarity stops. The diffrerence of opinions, likes and dislikes all make for a great mix — especially when tempered with the good cheer and genuine love for Vegas that all the hosts share.

  5. I too share these fond thoughts toward the podcast.

    on a different note im devastated that red square will be closing. ive been going there for 9 years and its been a staple in my vegas trips. one last trip before it closes is in order. Currently im planning on going to VIMFP and if u guys end up scheduling some type of meetup (if you can be pried away from book and stage) consider doing it at red square!

  6. Red Square closing is terrible. I’ve heard evidence that at large, these big vodka bars are hurting, Vodka isn’t quite as popular at large as it once was.

  8. Closing Nov. 18. Minus 5 is an ice bar (everything is made of ice… the bar, the glasses, etc.). Red Square is a restaurant and bar that has a refrigerated vodka vault and an ice bar top. They’re not really very similar.

  10. Thanks for the guidance re: Minnesota casinos. Never would have guessed you’re not allowed to drink alcohol there. Ohio’s casinos are non-smoking but drinks are allowed. Not free, of course.

  12. Delayed, but the Pinkberry is opening in the shops surrounding Mandarin Oriental. I believe the location was formally the Amore Patisserie. For whatever reason, MGM considers that area Crystals as well. Shrug.
