  1. Country music shit and hip hop crap. Is that what Vegas is all about.

Seems to me that Vegas has two of the best performers of the day right now nad neither of them is named Brooks. Cher and Barry come to mind.

Wynn is so full of it.

BTW the $253 is for any seat in the house even the last row.

  2. Bia Bia is slang for “bitch”, haha, just wanted to pass along the fyi, glad I can contribute

  3. Hey Five Hundy and listeners–I’m looking for a recipe to make a large pitcher of Sinatra Smashes. Since I know it is one of your favorites, I turn to you for help.
I’ve scaled up the recipe on on the web for one drink by substituting “cups” for ounces, but it is imperfect. I think one problem is that it needs to be diluted by ice, but I don’t know the proportions.
Also, I made vanilla infused simple syrup but I don’t know how much vanilla to put in…or the proportion of lemons to limes in the sour mix.
I made something pleasant, but its not quite a Sinatra Smash.
    Anybody…..

  4. Hmmm… I’ve never tried to make more than two at a time. When I do make them, I use 1/2 oz vanilla simple syrup instead of the 1/4 oz in the recipe here.

I also use 2 oz of the sweet/sour mix (using 1 oz simple syrup and 1 oz lemon juice). For vanilla simple syrup, I just used the regular simple syrup with a couple drops of vanilla, but I’m sure there are better ways.

I noticed that the bartenders are pretty liberal with the simple syrup and vanilla simple syrup at Sinatra. When I first made this at home, it was very tart. So you might want to add more syrup, depending on taste.

Not sure if this helps, but wanted to pass it along. Good luck!
